EXCHANGE & REFUND

1. We ensure that all products are high quality and we do check all orders before they are shipped. In the rare circumstances that your item(s) has a manufacturer defect or you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us via contact form on our site with your order number and information on the affected item within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

2. We stand by our products – if your order arrives damaged or defective, you may ask request for an exchange. For the exchange to take place, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached in the same condition that you received it, and item(s) must be in the original packaging.

3. Exchange, Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

4. Exchange of Products can only be for the following:
a. Products has to be exchange with the same product.
b. Products has to be of the same brand.
c. Products has to be of the same quantity & volume size.

5. We may request for photos to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange for an exchange or we will issue a refund in store credit for the item(s).

6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Once your package has been received and processed by us, a refund will be made within 7 working days in the form of Store Credit (which has no expiry date).

8. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

9. We apologise in advance that we do not offer exchange/refund under following conditions:
a. Size does not fit
b. Change of mind
c. Incomplete or incorrect address given by customers
d. Damage of items due to own negligence
